London Launch Event Photography: MTArt Agency at Home House
In April 2026, I photographed a special MTArt Agency launch event at Home House Studio in London, bringing together investors, entrepreneurs and founders in support of female artists and entrepreneurs.
The event celebrated MTArt Agency’s latest curation, She Believed She Could And So She Did, while supporting the work of UN Women UK.
Led by MTArt Agency founder and CEO Marine Tanguy, the evening placed female creativity, entrepreneurship and visibility at its centre.
Photographing a founder-led launch event in London
A successful launch is about more than what is being presented. It is also about the people in the room, the conversations taking place and the sense of momentum surrounding the occasion.
My role was to create a complete visual story of the evening. This included the artwork and venue, Marine and the participating artists, invited guests, natural conversations and the energy of people gathering around a shared purpose.
I photographed the event unobtrusively, looking for genuine interactions and expressions while remaining aware of the photographs MTArt Agency would need for PR, social media and future promotion.
Capturing female founders, artists and entrepreneurs
The launch welcomed an impressive community of investors, founders and entrepreneurs who had gathered to support female artists and women in business.
For events involving founders, CEOs and senior business leaders, it is important to create photographs that feel natural while still presenting people confidently and professionally.
Alongside candid networking photographs, I look for strong images of the key people involved, connections between guests and wider views that communicate the atmosphere and importance of the event.
As a female event photographer, I understand that flattering, thoughtful coverage matters—particularly when photographing women whose images may be used across LinkedIn, press coverage, company websites and professional profiles.
Event photography that supports PR and marketing
Launch-event photography should continue to provide value after the event has finished.
The photographs from the evening created a visual record of the launch while giving MTArt Agency a collection of images to share with its audience. Images from the event were subsequently shared by Marine Tanguy and MTArt Agency on Instagram, where my photography was credited.
A useful event gallery can support:
- Press coverage and PR
- LinkedIn and social-media content
- Founder and speaker visibility
- Artist and partner promotion
- Sponsor recognition
- Future event marketing
- Community building
This is why I photograph with the eventual use of the images in mind. I capture close interactions, speakers and significant guests, but I also look for energetic wider photographs, branded details and images that leave room for marketing text.
Why photograph the atmosphere as well as the launch?
People considering attending a future event want to understand what being in the room will feel like.
Photographs of guests talking, responding to the work and making meaningful connections can communicate something that photographs of the venue or artwork alone cannot. They show that the event was active, welcoming and worth attending.
For She Believed She Could And So She Did, the atmosphere was an essential part of the story: a community of people coming together to support female artists, entrepreneurs and greater representation for women.
